Policies below were stated and confirmed/agreed to by the client at checkout. Cancellation and “no show” fees and policies vary by service and are not stated on this website, but can be found on the client confirmation email.

APPOINTMENT FORMS:

EACH PERSON NEEDS THEIR OWN PROFILE. DUPLICATE APPOINTMENTS UNDER THE SAME NAME WILL BE CANCELLED. Forms must be completed ahead of appointment time (2 hours for studio appointments & 12 hours before mobile appointments). Failure to complete forms in the time stated will result in an appointment cancellation.

STUDIO APPOINTMENTS:

Please note that no call, no show clients may not be allowed to book in the future. After 15 minutes past your appointment time, the appointment will be marked as a “no show”. Please make note of our reschedule and cancellation policy and fees. No children may accompany you to the appointment. Clients under 18 years of age MUST bring a parent/guardian with them.

MOBILE APPOINTMENTS:

Please have a 5′ x 5′ cleared space available on the main floor. Parking must be available in driveway or directly in front of home. Failure to provide these will result in a “no show”. Appointment starts at designated time, any delay 10 minutes or more on clients part will result in a “no show”. Blue Palm® Sunless reserves the right to determine clients part in any delay. Please make note of our reschedule and cancellation policy and fees. Clients under 18 years of age MUST have a parent/guardian with them.
